Pro Bono Cases

Cases are listed alphabetically by county name, then by practice area. To volunteer for any listed case email the case number to VLP at volunteerlawyersproject@nevlp.org (include case number). VLP will email you the party names for a conflict check. Upon confirmation there is no conflict in representation, VLP will email the referral documents. Thank you for your interest. Some cases may be appropriate to request an award of attorney’s fees. Volunteers are encouraged to request an award of fees in cases where the request is appropriate. Volunteers may retain any award of attorney’s fees or may donate part of any fee award to VLP.
